Bobby interviews character artist and illustrator Willie Real who was at Blue Sky studio for 5 years. He worked on films such as Horton Hears a Who, Ice Age and Rio. More recently he has gone freelance, and was a designer for Dreamworks: Trolls. In this interview Willie talks with Bobby about how he got his first dream job at Blue Sky studios, but then how he made the switch to working freelance. He also shares his idea of what a successful art career is, and gives some advice on how to stay mindful and happy in the industry!
