Are Critiqued Sessions included in the Team Subscription?
No, Critiqued Sessions are not included in the Team Subscription. Critiqued Sessions require a separate registration fee, which ranges from US$498 to US$1,200 per student, depending on the class. For more information on upcoming Critiqued Sessions, View our upcoming Critiqued Sessions.
Can we pay for our Team Subscription via invoice/wire transfer instead of a credit card?
Absolutely! If you prefer an alternative payment method to credit card, kindly reach out to our team at info@schoolism.com. We'll gladly assist you with your preferred payment method.
Can any of our team members manage the account?
No, the Team Subscription requires an assigned team leader/administrator to manage it. The team leader will have the authority to invite team members to join the subscription.
Are we able to delete and/or replace current users on our Team Subscription?
Yes! The team leader of the account has the necessary control to delete or replace users within the Team Subscription.
Can we upgrade our plan to add more users?
Certainly! You have the option to upgrade your plan if you require 50+ seats. If you have 50 or more artists on your team, simply email us at info@schoolism.com and we'll be happy to assist you.
Will our team members have access to the credit card information on file?
No. While the team leader/administrator will have access to the registered card on file, other team members will not be able to view this sensitive information.
Can the team leader of a Team Subscription also access Schoolism course videos?
Yes, the team leader of a Team Subscription can choose to have access to Schoolism course videos. During the checkout process, there will be an option for the team leader to indicate whether they require access to Schoolism course videos in addition to managing team settings. The subscription price may vary depending on whether this feature is selected. By default, team leaders have access to manage team settings but not to course videos. This option allows team leaders to tailor their subscription to their team’s specific needs. Team leaders also have the ability to change their access settings at a later time if their needs change. They can choose to add or remove course access by going into the Team Settings > Subscription > Update Quantity, where the team leader’s course access can then be toggled on/off.
