Armand Serrano has worked on such blockbusters as Big Hero 6, Zootopia, and many others. But when Typhoon Haiyan struck his home country of the Philippines in 2013, he felt powerless to help. Then his wife conceived of Icon Manila, which became their way of giving back to a people who desperately needed aid. In this interview, Armand talks to Bobby about the process of creating and growing Icon Manila, who he invited to start this journey, and why the only thing that feels better than doing good art is doing good WITH art.
